Hi everyone,

Wednesday and Thursday last week we had the NDIS auditors reviewing our registration. And I have some great news for you all – there are no non-conformances.  I am really proud of everyone here at LDS as this is the first time that we have had ZERO non-conformances.

The Auditors were very impressed with LDS and our approach providing the following feedback:

• Our commitment to quality improvement
• Everyone they spoke with were enthusiastic about their job, working with their clients and looking for improvements
• Our reporting is exceptional
• Having a continuous improvement register and actioning the items is a plus
• Staff feel supported, in particular they mentioned the CEO and Board house visits and that they have my number and can call or see me or email me at anytime
• All clients said that they love LDS and our service

They are also recommending that LDS receives the two additional requested registration:

• Positive Behaviour Support Plans
• Module 1 – Catheter management, partly because we have a Registered Nurse on staff for oversight
