Serving Communities

Our mission is to connect to communities where everyone has a right to participate. We build self-esteem, confidence and the feeling of being part of something amazing. But, most importantly, we serve communities.

At Lutheran Disability Services (LDS) we are committed to continuous improvement in our service to you, our clients, families and the circle of support. We are strive to increase client and family/network engagement through many different ways, such as events, communications and various methods of receiving feedback.

For example, throughout the year LDS will ask you how we are going and for you to give us a score (usually out of 10).  We use this information to improve our service and to make sure you are getting everything you need from us here at LDS.

We will also invite you to some community events.  At these events there will be the CEO, managers, and Board members.  You can tell them what you like and don’t like about LDS.  We want to hear from you so that we can get better at serving you.
