LDS has a vacancy at our modern, spacious house at Ferryden Park. This five-bedroom home is neat, tidy and well appointed with male room-mates in their 40-60s. Our existing clients are at a 1:3 support ratio, with passive overnight support. One of the gentlemen loves a good conversation and enjoys cooking. He attends assisted employment during the week and loves to get out in the community on the weekends.

The second house-mate enjoys walking down by the beach, attends assisted employment, and enjoys his independence and watching airplanes. Both men would like to live with someone who enjoys their own space as well as getting out and about and having fun together.

With lots of natural light, plenty of space, and accessible bathrooms, this home is situated in a quiet suburban street with easy access to local shops, parks, library, and public transport. Included in the property is an extra room which could be a sensory room or breakout room. The vacant bedroom includes an ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
