On Monday the 18th and 25th of March Client Services held Staff Professional Development Days, and what incredible days of growth and inspiration they were!

We were honored to have the amazing Katrina Webb as our guest speaker, sharing invaluable insights on personal resilience and diversity. Thank you to Pastor Andrew Brook – Bishop of SA/NT LCA district for speaking at the South day, and to Pastor Tim Klein of Faith Lutheran Church Warradale for speaking at our North PD day.

From engaging learnings to thought-provoking discussions, the days were filled with learning, education, and empowerment. We led refresher sessions on important topics for support workers, such as Defensible Note Taking, Professional Boundaries, Restrictive Practices, Medication Administration, and Incident Reporting. 

We thank all who attended and contributed to this enriching experience, which ultimately leads to better outcomes for our services and clients.
