At Shimron House, clients gathered together for a special Anzac Day BBQ, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere. People gathered from all over town – with some joining from northern suburbs, some coming from houses closer by.

Among the laughter and chatter, clients enjoyed preparing a delicious spread of food while taking the opportunity to connect with one another. Pictured, we see Keith enjoying taking responsibility on the BBQ grill and cooking up a fine feast with the help of support.

The BBQ provided a wonderful chance for clients to catch up and build existing bonds, creating a sense of community and belonging. As they shared stories and experiences, the day became a celebration of friendship, reminding everyone of the importance of community.
