    How the recruitment process works

    Keep your CV simple, concise and easy to read. Your CV should be no longer than three pages, and should be professional and clearly written.
    Yes, depending on the type of study you are undertaking and the relevance to the role.

    Submitting an application

    You must be an Australian or New Zealand resident, a permeant resident or have a specific Visa with the appropriate working rights in Australia.
    If you have applied before, you can find your profile via ELMO
    You will receive an email from us via ELMO that your application has been received

    Recruitment timeframes and application status

    Every role is different, so we cant give you an exact timeframe. We will however try our best to keep you updated about the progress of your application as much as possible
    We will contact you via phone or e-mail if you progress through the recruitment process so make sure you keep your contact details up to date and check you junk folders.

    NDIS checks and background checks

    LDS are a registered provider under the NDIS, NDIS worker checks are a minimum requirement and you cannot work without one.
    If you are successful and have won a role with LDS, we will send you the details and instructions to apply.

    All staff details are stored in the LDS systems infrastructure powered by the cloud. If you would like any of your details deleted for any reason, you
