Located in Morphettville, this brand-new Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home offers modern, fully accessible living in a convenient and well-connected area.
The home features three spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, along with accessible design, heating and cooling, and a shared outdoor area.
You’ll be living with two males in their early 40s who attend day programs and employment during the week. They enjoy bowling, watching movies, and getting out into the community.
Nearby are local parks including Oaklands Wetlands Reserve and the Sturt River Linear Park Trail, as well as shops, medical services, and other amenities.




Join our brand-new SDA cluster site in Morphettville, offering a modern and supportive living environment within a three-home community.
This SDA Robust home features two spacious bedrooms, both with private ensuites, along with accessible design, heating and cooling, and a shared outdoor courtyard with neighbouring LDS homes—perfect for socialising and connection.
You’ll be living with a male in his 30s who enjoys staying active with work and hobbies, playing basketball, and maintaining his veggie garden, while also valuing his independence and personal space.
We are seeking a female participant with a 1:2 support ratio and passive overnight support to join this welcoming and balanced home.








This brand-new SDA home, coming soon in March 2026, offers a modern and comfortable living environment designed for three housemates, with onsite overnight passive support.
Built to Improved Liveability standards, the home features three bedrooms with private ensuites, along with accessible design, heating and cooling, and a shared outdoor area backing onto a local park with walking trails and a nearby river.
You’ll be living with two males in their 20s and 40s who attend day programs during the week and enjoy listening to music. They use nonverbal communication and value a calm environment with the option for quiet time when needed.
We are seeking a third male participant to join this supportive and balanced home.









Expressions of interest are now open for an all-female Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Adelaide’s southern suburbs, offering a social and supportive environment with 1:3 passive overnight support.
The home features three spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, along with accessible design, two separate living areas, and a large outdoor patio—ideal for both socialising and quiet time.
You’ll be living with two females in their 20s and 40s who enjoy puzzles, bowling, attending events, and getting out for walks, coffee, or drives. They are looking for a friendly and social housemate to join them.
This home is suited to someone with Improved Liveability SDA funding.
Built to SDA levels Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible & High Physical Support
This lovely brand new SDA home in the western suburbs of Adelaide, in a new development of two LDS supported homes neighbouring each other.
The home offers two living areas for clients to spread out, plus a lovely alfresco deck for outside entertainment. The house has been certified up to High Physical Support SDA, for 3 residents with an overnight carer’s room. Each bedroom includes fully accessible ensuites for each resident’s comfort and privacy.
Our existing client is a quiet young male who enjoys his own space and enjoys being home. He likes going out for coffees at cafes, and playing games such as Dungeons and Dragons.
He is seeking to live with another two NDIS participants either female or male to share a home and supports with and make some friends.
